These lessons and activities focus on the Nehiyawak Nation. They draw on cross-curricular instruction which allows Native Studies to be incorporated into a variety of subject areas. Also included is an Educator's Guide to teaching Native Studies in the classroom, with information on where to gain appropriate resources and information on the topics covered.

This resource is based on the Ontario Curriculum but also incorporates topics covered in the curriculum from other provinces and territories.
