Empower your students, by educating them on the human impact on our environment. Lessons with activities and experiments covering these topics, water treatment and contaminants, human impact on land - erosion - fertilizer - urban sprawl, pollution and energy - the greenhouse effect - energy trade-offs, invasive species, endangered and extinct plants and animals, protecting the future and governments thoughts.
The activities have two objectives:
1. To teach students about human impacts on the environment.
2. To teach general science through the theme of the environment.
Concepts include: recognizing environmental issues, understanding what impacts people have on the environment.
